History is a proof, the company were the pioneers to introduce acrylic yarns on Ring spun machinery. The firm believes that new technological innovations are necessary for growth and to be in line with the international market.
Introducing new blends, or developing a new trend of styles by in-house designing team, there are rapid innovations in the fabric sector.

Reducing its carbon footprint to be in line with the sustainable development. The company is doing it's share to preserve the environment for the current and future generations.
The company has installed solar panels to generate renewable energy in all of it's manufacturing facilities.
Rainwater Harvesting is practiced to preserve the depleting ground water levels in the state.
The company has also come up with it's very own Effluent treatment plants to avoid any contamination in the water after the dyeing process.

Our Story
Texas Group of companies hail from Ludhiana, Punjab. Founded in 1975 by Lt. Shri Chaman Lal Takkar. The group started of business in the textile sector by Installation of Ring spinning machinery at its unit in focal point area. Slowly and steadily efficiencies and quality parameters were achieved. New innovations led the group to expand it's portfolio and reach.
The Founder, Shri Chamal Lal Takkar was later joined into business by his three sons namely Mr. Pankaj Takkar, Mr. Sameer Takkar and Mr. Puneet Takkar.
In the due course, the group expanded its spinning division and further diversified into circular knitted fabrics and high end ladies dress materials.
Year on year, new additions are being done to the facilities to be in line with latest quality parameters of the textile sector.
The company has already initiated the project of dyeing and finishing of fabrics to have more control over the supply chain and achieve sustainable practices.
